A Elite (Have achieved two scores of 64% or better from two FEI 5* judges at CDI ***)

Riders on horses competing at Grand Prix (Level 9) and who have demonstrated total scores of minimum 60% on at least two occasions at International, National or Regional events in previous 12mths from 1/9/09 but have not yet met the performance criteria for the A Squad. Combinations should have competed at the National Championships and HOYS
