New Zealand rider Mark Todd has warmed up for the World Equestrian Games by winning a three-star event in England.

The two-time Olympic champion won the Blenheim international title for eight and nine-year-olds near Oxford today as he prepares for the Games starting in the United States on September 27.

Todd, 54, who came out of retirement to compete at the 2008 Olympic Games, partnered NZB Land Vision as they finished on top on 45.0 points, ahead of British rider Sarah Cohen on 47.8.
